Class of '57

Have often wondered why there was never a 1957 reunion, where friends have gone & what they are doing - especially old basketball friends! After leaving MHS, I attended Teachers' College after MHS and then taught Phy.-Ed. for 4 yrs. in Fredericton. I then took a  year off to travel in Europe, followed by a move to Toronto, Ont. Here I continued to teach for 20 years (Art, Guidance, History & English) in North York,  Richmond Hill & Aurora. Attended York University.   Left teaching and pursued a career in real estate for 5 yrs. both in Newmarket, Ont. & in cottage country in Haliburton.  Finally, worked as a watercolour artist and opened a Studio which operated for 9 yrs.    My husband, John, and I live on Lake Kashagawigamog near Minden, in the Haliburton Highlands which is located about 2 hrs. north of Toronto and 1 hr. east of the Muskoka area.    We have one son, Jeff and a grandson, Taylor. We love where we live but enjoy visits back to Riverview & Moncton when we can.   Have always wondered where old friends are and would love to hear from you.

After graduating joined Sumner Company in their plumbing and heating division, had a 45 year career with them and now semi-retired, retiring fully at the end of this year. Enjoyed great success with them becoming Vice-President, General Manager for the Atlantic region with 11 branch locations throughout the Atlantic. Married Claire Melanson and we had three children, a boy and 2 girls; all are married now and we have 5 grand children. It would be nice to have a re-union!

Retired from the RCMP.  Married with three children and four grand children. Would like to hear from old friends.

Roger married Joyce (Myles-class of 1958) and they have 4 children, all of whom graduated from Moncton High, are all married and have blessed them with 10 grandchildren who all live in New Brunswick. Their three oldest grandchildren are going into Moncton High in grade 9 in September 2005.

I'm wondering if anybody is planning or interested in a 50th reunion in 2007.  If so I  am wiling to help out in anyway I can.
