Hello Folks,

Just found out from my sister Linda (grad ‘62) about this alumni directory. Still recognize most of the names posted here. I graduated from UNB in ‘73 and worked for NB Power until ‘80.My wife Alina (nee LeBlanc - Buctouche) moved to Calgary that year. I have worked for Petro-Canada for the last 18 years. How time flies. Our two sons are grown and on their own (are they ever?).I look forward to checking this site often and seeing how the rest of you are doing. Best wishes to all.

Time goes by so fast!  Donna (Edgett-'66) and our two boys have been in Alberta since 1990.  Donna is still with Medical Records at the Misericordia Hospital.  It is located just across the street from West Ed Mall and about 10 minutes from our home.  I do a variety of full and part time teaching assignments with 2 school districts just west of the city, located in Spruce Grove and Stony Plain.  Both boys are still at home. Mike,23, is finishing his last term B. Comm at U of A.  Andrew,26, works for the city Emergency Services - paramed.

Would love to hear from others - all just as young as I still am, of course!!

I taught French immersion in District two (Department of Education) until my time of retirement. I also taught French at Mount Allison and the University of Moncton. I presently teach courses at the French Community College in Dieppe(Department of Advanced Education). I received an honours Degree in French Literature from Saint Thomas in 1971, a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1972. I taught for a few years and pursued a Masters Degree in Teaching French from the University of Moncton which I received in 1978. Upon receipt of a Sabbatical Leave from the Department of Education I studied at Dalhousie University. I received a Masters of Child Psychology in 1984. My yearbook read that I planned on becoming a French teacher. How true that rang !!!

July 21/99

Just stopped by to update personal details.  There must be some of you "oldtimers: left out there.  Drop a line or two sometime

Best Regards,
Mark

I played for the Knights football, hockey and other sports teams while at MHS. In Sept 1967 (shortly after MHS graduation), I left Moncton for Regina where I underwent recruit training with the RCMP. In 1971 (just after the FLQ problem), I went into the Intelligence Branch of the Force. Then, in 1984, following the infamous McDonald Commission of Inquiry the RCMP Intelligebce Branch became a separate and civilian service now known as the Canadian Security Intelligence Service(CSIS). I continued to serve with CSIS until March 1992 when I was disabled due to a work related injury which resulted in my having a failed Spinal Fusion. After having served in Sask., Alta., B.C., and N.S., to name a few, we settled here in the Ottawa area. Nepean is basically a suburb to Ottawa as Dieppe is to Moncton. We have been here in Ottawa/Nepean since Aug. 1976. After being married for 16 years (wheeeew), we finally had a daughter born to us in Dec. 1986. Our daughter's name is Stacey, now 11 years old. My wife Judy was formerly Judy Ferguson, also an MHS alumnist of 1965. Judy has been a nurse for some 29 years now and is about to take a welcome retirement.

That is about it for now. Any old friends are invited to contact us at our E-Mail.... If you'd prefer...write.... Judy and I still have our yearbooks and often wonder whatever happened to.........

Nice Website, will check back again now that we know you're there.
