Hey,
Went to MSVU and then SMU after MHS. Married in '90, but he passed
away from cancer. Re-married and have been with Dan for about 12
years now. We have 2 active boys, Newman (6) and Blue (4)...
They are black labrador retrievers!
We moved to Calgary from Halifax 6 years ago and love the mountains...Martock and Wentworth just doesn't compare to the level of skiing out here...but miss the water and try to get home every couple of years.
Thinking about going to the 25th reunion as missed the 10th...hope to see some past friends I've lost touch with over the years.

After graduation, I attended at the A. J. MacMaster School of Nursing in
Moncton. I completed the 2 year nursing program there and became an R.N. in 1985.
That summer, I married Dennis Bustin (class of '82). Following this, we moved to Massachusetts,
where Dennis completed further education. During that time, I worked as a staff nurse at the Salem Hospital.
In 1990, we moved back to Moncton, where I worked for the next several years in the Neuro Intensive Care Unit
at the Moncton Hospital. It was during this time that I became a Mom to 2 awesome children, Jay (1992) and Abby (1993).
I took a break from nursing in 1995, when we moved to Kingston, ON, where Dennis continued his education.
After returning to Moncton in 1997, I worked in a variety of areas related to nursing.
I am currently Client Care Manager with Integrity Home Health Care here in Moncton.

Hey Everybody
Well living and working back in Moncton since 2000. Lived outside of Boston for six years. I am happily married for 17 years to a great guy. We have 3 kids. Justin 16(going to MHS) and identical twin girls Veronica and Victoria 16 months old. WHAT was I thinking you ask....I wasn't. They, (the twins),completely caught us off guard. Midlife crisis I guess. But I would not change it for the world they keep me entertained. So glad to see all doing so well. Would love to hear from former classmates so drop me a line.
Take care

Hi Everyone;
After graduating from Mount St. Vincent Univ. in Halifax, I married and moved to Ottawa. I have two daughters, 7 and 9 and two dogs and a cat. I am working as a Technical Writer in Ottawa and in my spare time (yeah, right) I volunteer with the www.trinityofhope.on.ca dog rescue society and take Harp lessons. We go home to Moncton every summer, usually around the August long weekend and visit old pals and family. The kids usually spend an extra few weeks with the grandparents in St. Paul (Kent Co.) and on Steeves Mountain. Please email me, it would be great to hear from you! PS. Who’s in charge of the 2003 reunion? (20 years - impossible!)
22 August 2004
Keep in mind there were two Cathy Cormiers at the same time at MHS!I know one site has our info mixed up so I hope old friends e-mail the right Cathy! This Cathy graduated from UNB in 1987 and also married that year. I taught in Ontario and Nova Scotia before our son was born. I stayed home with two children for nine years. My daughter started school in 2003 so I headed back to teaching here in Fredericton. Hope to hear from old friends.

I'm off to Afghanistan at the end of May. I'll be there for 6 months working on the camp as the retail coordinator. We have 4 store outlets on the camp and I'll be kept busy with those I'm sure. We are getting a Tim Horton's trailer shortly and I'm sure the troops will enjoy having their double double or their Ice Cap before they head out on patrol. Here in Victoria at CFB Esquimalt I work at the Pacific Fleet Club, which is the Jr Ranks mess. I am taking a leave of absence from my regular job to go away, which is kind of nice. Other than that there's not much going on with me. Work keeps me pretty busy. I'll try to update while I'm over there.

Hi fellow graduates of 1983
I can't believe how quickly the years have gone by. After MHS I took a year at Oulton's Business College (accounting). In June of 1984 I started working part -time at the Moncton Medical Clinic. From there I started working full time for Dr. Peter Stoddard and have been there 19 years.
In 1992 I got married to Kevin King of Riverview, N.B. and we had a wonderful son Josh in 1995. However, in year 2000 Kevin separated from us and we are now divorced. I have remained a single again Mom ever since with a son who's life is going to make this world a much better place. I'm not biased or anything, HA HA. I would love to receive e-mail's from any of my fellow classmates.
HOPE TO HEAR SOON!!!
JOANNE KING
I moved to Montreal in 84, married, moved back to Moncton in 90. Am currently separated and still living and working in Moncton. Email me, would love to hear from old friends, not that we are old!!!

My family and I have been living in the small town of Rimbey for 13 years now. It is a wonderful town - a five minute drive west and you can see the mountains. Our children are growing rapidly- Ariel is in grade 10 and Sander is in grade 8. My wife Gail is a bank manager, and I am the Principal of a grade 7-12 school. Looking forward to getting back east sometime soon.

Hello,
Well, much has changed since 83' and little has changed. I cast a shadow now and it appears that the rest of my body has grown into proportion with my ears!
Also, Instead of figuratively having my head in the clouds, I am now there on a regular basis as a Boeing 737 Captain with WestJet. I didn't get to do the inaugural flight to Moncton, but I always love blazing overhead when I get the chance.
Prior to WestJet, I flew with Air Atlantic out of Halifax and also instructed in Moncton at the flying school.
I did go to NBCC (83-85) after MHS where I picked up an Electronic Engineering Diploma, which was helpful as I did get a good job with that. Instead of pursuing electronics, I spent every cent on flying lessons.
In there somewhere I met and married Jennifer Tracy and we now have 2 lovely girls- Emily and Bridget, both born on Halloween, one in 99' and the other in 01'.
We get back to YQM (that's aviation lingo for Moncton) frequently and look forward to meeting up with alumni in 2008 for the 25th reunion.
16 June 2003
Wow! It is great to see what so many of you have been up to over the last 20 years (YIKES! Has it really been 20 years?!?!)
As for me, I went to Dalhousie and graduated with a B.Sc. (Psychology) then an M.Ed.(Counselling). I got married and worked for a while in Halifax as a counsellor. I then got divorced a few years later.
I married an absolutely wonderful fellow last year and Lachlan and I currently live in Winnipeg (although we are really hoping to get back to one of the coasts). I realized how much I loved and missed school, so I am now a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology.
Lachlan and I are expecting our first child (a boy)in August. We are both very excited and Lachlan is particularly thrilled that we are having a boy because now he will have someone to watch the Saskatchewan Roughrider games with. (I never really understood football but the MHS games were sure lots of fun!)
Would sure love to hear from you! Drop me a line by email and I promise I'll reply. (I'm a much better e-mailer than a snail mailer).

After college, I studied for a B.Ed. at UNB and have been teaching for about 13 years - mostly in Toronto and Baltimore.
Met my wife, Rebecca, in college and we have three sons: Daniel (11), Patrick (8), and Bobby (6). Like Baltimore but miss home. Did we really spray-paint the goal posts and jump off rock cliffs? Go figure.

So...is there a 20 year reunion???

Well hello everyone! Lots has changed since 1983. I've become a social butterfly and quite outspoken AND LOUD! After grad I went directly to Carleton U. in Ottawa to take Journalism but found it wasn't my calling.
Came back home and worked part time until getting a first real job in Banff, AB for 2 years. Learned to ski and party there. Came back to Moncton in 1988 and settled in as a night auditor at a local hotel. Met my husband Darren, where else, but at work. We married in 1994 and now have 2 beautiful children, Bailey Ann (4yrs) and Weston (2yrs). Now working part time only and full time mommy otherwise. Would love to hear from you all!

Hi! I am still living in Shediac. Have been working for the federal government here for the last 15 years in pension administration. Single, no kids, 4 plants (one which may be dying) and a cat since May 2003. (I am trying to ease myself into this whole committment thing.)
It was great to see so many names from our class that I remembered. I'll try to drop a note to a few of you over the next little while. I hope everyone is planning to come home for the 25th reunion. Should be fun.
18 February, 2008
I'm living in Oakville with my wife, Dayle, and two boys, Cody and Matthew. I work with a company that specializes in data services for financial institutions.
16 Feb 2005
Well, I finally took the plunge and got married last year - at the ripe old age of 39! I'm still happily working at Mount Saint Vincent University Library as Coordinator of Public Services. We've purchased a house in Herring Cove which keeps me a bit more settled. There's room for my pottery studio, and many of my outdoor activities now involve a partner. Looking forward to catching up with classmates in 2008.
20 June 2006
Hoping for a 25 year reunion!!
16 May 2003
Wow, it's nice to see updates from so many people I never spent any time with :)
Spent 16 years working with three different trucking companies (almost 14 years with Midland) until August 2001 when I started working for Maddocks Systems, INC., a software company catering to, you guessed it, the Trucking Industry. My work is training/implementation.
Carrie (Carol Taylor @ MHS) and I are still happily married, almost 18 years now! We have four children, Matt, 14, Jeremy, 13, Cody, 9, Courtney, 8.
Carrie's now working as a Pharmacy Technician at Ford's Apothecary, after spending the last more-than-a-decade staying home taking care of the family.

Go purple and white!
I'm sorry I missed the 20 year reunion. Is there any way to get details of it, who was there and what went on etc. Would like to know.
May 21, 2003
HI!
I've been living in Kingston Ontario for 18 years now... happily married with two kids ages 10 and 7. I would love to one day move back to the Maritimes but can't see it happening till we "retire". Then again it seems like only yesterday when we graduated and NOT 20 years ago! So I am sure the next 20 will go just as fast!
I usually get back to Moncton every summer or two for a short visit.
Would love to get in touch with former class mates... there are NO PLANS for a 20 year reunion but suppose to be a 25th so mark it on your calendars for 2008!
Drop me a line!
Heather

I didn't have any idea what to do when I left MHS, but tuition at NBCC was free or almost free. I received a Diploma in Mechanical Technology in 1985, but turned out that was not my bag. I continued to work at the "Golden Arches" where I met my future wife, Dawn Holt (MHS Class of '86).
In 1987, I started my Civil Engineering Degree at Dalhousie/Technical University of Nova Scotia, which I completed in 1992.
I have been employed as a structural engineer in the consulting engineering business ever since. I have spent 12 of the last 15 years living in Halifax and Bedford Nova Scotia with one stint back in Moncton.
We have two beautiful children, Kelci 4 and Brady just turned 1.
Had a great time at the 10 year reunion, was looking forward to the 20th or 25th. Who took care of organizing the 10th? Does he/she/they need help?
29 July 2003
Hi everybody,
I joined the military 1 year after grad and have been there ever since. I got married in 1990 and have two wonderful children, 1 girl and 1 boy. If you are in the area, don't be shy. Give a call.
2005-07-09
Moved to Halifax in 1989 and been here since. Married to wonderful wife Rhonda and have two amazing boys Matthew (17 yrs old) and Justin (19 years old). I became a Captain at the Halifax Correctional Center where I worked for ten years, and now patrol the busy streets and alleyways of Halifax as a member of the Halifax Regional Police Department. It was amazing to see all the names of friends that we went to school with, and how well off everyone is doing both personally and professionally. I get home to Moncton every six months or so and see faces that I'm sure would never remember who I was!!!
