Hi all to the class of 1985, hope all is well with everyone. After high school I took the hard road of life, no not jail but close. I started working at Club Cosmo and spent 8 years there. Once that is in your blood it is hard to get out. Work at a few restaurants downtown as a manager but soon was able to land a job in sales. Now I am very happy to say that I have the best job in the world. I am a liquor rep for one of the largest imports of wine and spirits in Canada. I have been married for 15 years, yes 15 years to a wonderful person that I have know since I was 12. I am very sorry to say that she went to that big French school in Dieppe. I have a very smart little girl (Erika) that will be 12 next Feb. I hope to see you all in 2005.

Hi folks!

I can't believe it has been this many years since high school.  I often think of the many friends that I saw each day in class and wonder where they are today.  After graduation, I moved to Halifax, NS, and attended Dal for 1 year, then took a year off to earn a little money (in Halifax).  Went back to Community College for 2 years for a diploma in Data Processing.  I have been happily married for 15 years to Philip, and we have 3 children.  Rachel (11), Matthew (9), and Emily (7).  I have been home since the children came along.  We have moved a few times in Nova Scotia, and now call Truro home.

It was great to see the updates of other class mates on this page.  Thanks!

Pleasantly surprised to hear from Susan and the upcoming reunion.
Has it been 20 years already?

After MHS, I attended Mount Allison University where I received a Bachelor of Commerce in 1990. While at Mt. A, I went on a student exchange to the University of Strasbourg (France) and received a Diplome d'Etudes francais. The travel bug had caught and I went overseas after graduation. I travelled and worked through Australia for one year, Asia for three years, Europe for two years, the Middle East for half a year and finally Africa for one year. It was a fantastic experience, but it was time to settle down at 30! I returned to Canada and attended UNB for two years where I received a B.Ed. I am married to Scott Mazerolle (MHS '85) and I have been working for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade for the last few years. I am Deputy Director (currently acting Director) of the Area Management office for Communications, Culture and Policy Planning.

Hi to everyone!!

I moved to Halifax from Kingston, Ont in June 2003.  It is finally good to get back down East after a 10-yr stint in the Province of Ontario (Ottawa and Kingston).

I joined the Canadian Armed Forces in March 87 where I have been serving for the last 17 yrs. My trade is called Communications Research Operator. It is based on the intelligence side of military operations. I have been stationed in many places throughout my career and have had the opportunity to visit many places abroad. (Some of the place I've been to include: Korea, China, Bosnia, Croatia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Guam, Hawaii, USSR and many places throughout the U.S. and Canada). I have also been fortunate enough to have completed two language courses (Russian and French), compliments of the CF. That gives me 4 languages in total if you include Newfanese as one. I spent 4-6 yrs stationed in Gander, Nfld. Anyways, enough about that....

I am currently seperated and have an 8-yr old son named Steven.

I missed the last reunion due to, as the military calls it, operational commitments. I am looking forward to the reunion in '05 and seeing some old faces... lol... or should I say, familiar faces!!

If anyone wants to give me a shout... feel free!! Would love to hear from you.

P.S.  I can vouch for Mary-Jane when she says she doesn't wear chains or dog collars anymore... we have gone for coffee!

Have a great summer!!

Dave
